all currency is in CAD (canadian dollars) with the primary payment device being paypal. payment on the basis is upfront, and multiple payments will not be taken due to liability and security reasons. HOWEVER, in the instance that payment exceeds $100 CAD or a special circumstance occurs, we may negotiate multiple payments on such events.ACCEPTABLE USAGE/COPYRIGHT
all commissioned media done is intellectual property that belongs to the artist, v=nk0n/raemknivez. both parties- artist and client- cannot use any commissioned art for commercial reasons, thus commissions are independent usage only.
clients cannot remove my signature or any other vital forms of identification.
additionally, commissions may not be used in any political/hateful messages, or in relation to cryptocurrency/NFT/blockchain conducts.
*if a client would like to sell a print of my property, they may do so as long as they have informed me prior.ABUSE
harassment, scamming or otherwise belligerent behaviour is not tolerated. if any attempts are suspected, you will promptly be blacklisted, your commission will be cancelled and you will not receive any refunds.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
although it is unlikely, commissions can be declined if i, v=nk0n/raemknivez, feel necessary or cancelled at any given point after the confirmation. refunds can be made depending on the circumstances.
full refunds are available for 24-48 hours once your commission is confirmed, while partial refunds can be given afterwards. please note that partial refund amounts will decrease overtime, and many refunds are case by case scenarios.PRIVACY
it is essential that your sensitive information is protected. therefore any names, billing information, shipping addresses or other personal data will not be saved or shared.
if a client is purchasing wares that require the artist’s individual information, it’s appreciated if there is no evidence kept and recorded as well. substantial proof of a client sharing this information will fall under abuse. email addresses may be collected for data purposes, though you can choose to opt out of this by informing me.BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER CONFIRMATION
procedure begins through twitter or discord messages. discussions will occur on the details of your commission. providing images as references is highly suggested, however a detailed description or sketch works as well. the more references, the better.
if your commission is confirmed, i will send a request to you via paypal. know that i will need an email address to send the request! after payment has been received, i will begin working on your order. during this time, i will send 1-3 previews to ensure the product matches your vision.
when the commission is nearly finished, you may request corrections. corrections are details that may have been missed during production or are an important part of the piece. please be aware: the first two corrections are free. afterwards i will charge $5 for every correction request made.
deadlines vary but the timeline is approximately 3 days to a month. you may ask me for an estimated deadline. tips are appreciated, but optional.
